Recruitment Ready offers a range of products and services to suit your needs. You can use one or all of our services and we are happy to tailor packages to your requirements.

The Works

The Works package includes Ad Assistance,  Application Reviews and Applicant List ranked in order of suitability (including a summary of all applicants  if required).  Once you have completed the interview process we notify and debrief all unsuccessful applicants based on your feedback.  

Ad Assistance

Following a detailed briefing to assess your requirements, we will design an ad for internet based advertising. The ad will be written to appeal to a wide range of candidates while providing a clear impression of what the role will entail and the sort of person you are looking for. 

Position Descriptions

Should you require a position description, we can draft one based on our briefing with you, as part of a package, or in isolation. The position description can be used both as part of an advertising process for further information or going forward, as a performance review tool. We will forward a draft for your review and work together to ensure you are happy with the document and that it reflects your requirements in the role.

Reference Checks

We will arrange with the preferred candidate to get the details of two people they have previously worked for. We arrange to speak to the referees and seek feedback on the candidate based on your impression of them at interview. We will focus on any issues that arose in the interview and seek clarification on any queries you may have. We prepare a report outlining the referees opinions for your review.
