But if I had this book when I tackled the array of mental health issues I’ve experienced over the course of my 47 years, (childhood sexual abuse, eating disorders, grief, post-natal depression, anxiety), I think my journey back to wellness, wisdom, self-acceptance and relationship salvation would have been faster and kinder.
